Acting, Singing and Musical Theatre - Boys & Girls
Welcome to the SSOPA Dramatic Arts Program. This is a program where your child will learn the skill of Acting, Singing and Musical Theatre. Our acting class will build confidence using games while learning the dramatic skills of improvisation, projection, focus, movement and script reading. The singing section teaches vocal understanding, warm up and cool down techniques, recognising pitch and how to create and sustain harmonies in groups and ensembles. Our Musical Theatre section is where your child will learn how to transform from dialog through to song, how to sing while dancing and storytelling through dance. Your child is welcome to choose 1 section of our Dramatic Arts Program however by combining all 3 sections Acting, Singing and Musical Theatre your child will develop the skills to be a Triple Threat performer.
